Succubus Dreams by Richelle Mead

This is the third installment of the series. You definitely have to read this series in order, or a lot of things won’t make sense to you.

This one was a little slower for me than I remember the first two, but it was still a good one!!

In this one, Georgina has trouble keeping her energy. For some reason, every time she gets a fix that night she dreams about being a mother and having a family and when she wakes up…poof..no energy. At first, no one believes her, but then a group of Angels come around and are looking for something they won’t tell anyone about.

As well as this small mystery, Georgina and Seth’s relationship grows and well…falls in this book. I cannot…and I mean CANNOT believe that Seth would go out and sleep with Maggie, Georgina’s friend. WTF!?! Yes, Georgina sleeps with guys…she has to. She’s a succubus. BUT she never does it in the same body that Seth knows or with someone she knows. Seth freaking has sex with her good friend!! If I were Georgina I would be out of there…and I really hope that she is!!! There has got to be someone else out there!! Come on!! I would be pissed.

I guess I better put the next one Succubus Heat on order at the library!!

Dragon Wytch by Yasmine Galenorn

I really really really had a hard time reading this book. Which is so disappointing to me. I don’t know what it was though. The writing was well done and the imagery was good. Maybe I just wasn’t in the mood for this type of novel. I don’t know. It took me forever to finally finish.

Camille, Delilah and Menolly are back at it again. They are after the third spirit seal and so are Shadowwing’s Demon warriors. Between fighting goblins, given a special gift from the Dahn’s Unicorn Prince and having 3 non-human lovers, Camille must push aside her emotions and step-up to the plate…again. Will she be able to juggle all that life is giving her and still remain sane? Or will the Demon’s finally get something that they  have always treasured?

That’s it for this review. Hopefully I can do better on the next book.
